Hello! We are Faruk Işıldak and Meltem Işıldak.
We are both Agricultural Engineers, and Meltem is also an Agricultural Senior Engineer. For about 15 years of our professional lives, we worked together in the same workplace within the organic farming control and certification sector. Throughout our careers, we gained experience in many areas such as inspection, certification, quality management, and establishing control and certification systems in compliance with EU and NOP regulations. During this time, we occasionally took part in different sustainable farming systems outside of organic farming as well. After a journey of more than 25 years, we believe it is now time to share what we have learned and accumulated with you.

Faruk Işıldak graduated in 2025 from Anadolu University, Open Education Faculty, Computer Programming Department. All the web design work for organikizbiz.org.tr has been carried out by Faruk Işıldak. (As this is our first website, we apologize for the amateurishness of the page.) Meltem Işıldak is currently an active student at Anadolu University, Open Education Faculty, Social Media Management Department. These second higher education experiences enable us to share our knowledge and expertise with you more effectively, not only in the field of agriculture but also in the digital world.

That is exactly why we are here; through organikizbiz.org.tr, we aim to share our knowledge and experience with you, especially in the context of control, certification, regulations, and standards, primarily in organic farming but also in various sustainable farming systems.

Of course, we know that there is no end to these topics; every passing day brings new interpretations and new perspectives. We also attach great importance to filling in the gaps together. Soon, thanks to interactive tools where you will also be able to contribute, we aim to further develop this platform collectively.
